  8. For the cream layer: pour 1 cup of whipping cream in a pan.
  9. Add gulkand and pink food colour and beat until soft peaks forms.
  10. Put this cream on Vanilla layer.
  11. Repeat the fig and cream layer.
  12. Garnish and serve chilled.
